Terms & Conditions of Sales
General
- By purchasing MMCASES products, the client has agreed to these sales terms.
- The terms and conditions are only subject to change or modification through a written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of all parties involved.
- We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
- MMCASES reserves the right to modify the product's specifications without prior notice.
Orders
- The minimum order total must meet the criteria for each category of products.
- MMCASES may set a requirement for a minimum purchase value and quantity for customized products.
Products
- MMCASES reserves the right to change any of its product specifications.
- The information in the catalog regarding color, quantity, or dimensions will only be considered correct if it is confirmed in the order acknowledgement.
- Variations in product specifications, colors, size, and weight that occur during the manufacturing process are considered to be within acceptable limits.
Prices
- MMCASES has the authority to change the prices at any given moment.
- The prices quoted by MMCASES for wholesale buyers are only guaranteed for a period of two weeks
Terms of Payment
- We only accept full payments in advance, unless there is a written agreement in place.
- To start processing personalized orders, 70% of the total amount needs to be paid upfront, with the remaining 30% due before shipment.
- MMCASES may request a bank guarantee or other acceptable form of security when alternate payment methods are available in addition to prepayment.
- Payment is deemed finalized once the invoiced amount is deposited into the account designated by MMCASES.
- MMCASES has the authority to change payment terms or cease fulfilling its obligations in any contract with the client at any time.
Delivery
- All deliveries adhere to worldwide business norms.
- MMCASES will not be held responsible for any delays in carrying out its obligations due to factors beyond its control, such as force majeure, government actions, military conflicts, transportation delays, customs issues, transport damage, energy shortages, labor disputes, delivery delays, or inability to supply materials.
- The delivery depends on the availability of the product.
