Returns

If you discover any damage or issues with the item upon receiving it, please contact us promptly so that we can assist you with resolving the matter.


Policy valid for 30 days. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be in unused condition and in the same state as when it was originally received. The item should be returned in its original packaging and sent to us at the address provided by our customer representative.


Refunds(if eligible)

After we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is accepted, we will process your refund within 7 days and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if eligible)


Before contacting us about a refund, please double-check your bank account to ensure the payment has not been processed yet.

After that, get in touch with your credit card provider; it may take a while before your refund shows up on your statement.

Get in touch with your bank next. A refund may take some time to be processed before it is credited to your account.

Please be aware that customers are required to provide the return label for the package. There is no fee for restocking, but the product must be in its original condition as received by the buyer.
