All of our packaging equipment, including our bubble wrap, is either made from recycled materials, designed for multiple uses, or capable of being naturally biodegradable.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM GMT+8 will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after that time will be processed on the next following working day. Any orders made during the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or the next working day.
When making a purchase, we kindly ask for your patience as we require 2 to 3 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. We strive to ensure the safe delivery of your phone cases, therefore, larger orders may require additional time for packing and shipping. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, leading to prolonged processing times.

All products available on mmcases.com are eligible for international shipping. We offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services to most major countries around the world.

Cost of Shipping

Customs and Import Fees
Duties and taxes associated with the importation of your package may be applicable. It is the client's responsibility to cover these fees. In several countries, hiring a customs broker is not mandatory for the clearance of imports. However, as only licensed customs brokers possess the necessary expertise to effectively navigate the duties associated with clearing goods through customs, we strongly recommend that you engage with one for assistance. Collaborate with an experienced customs broker to avoid errors, delays, or extra costs.
Prior to making a purchase on mmcases.com, we kindly request that you verify the custom duties and taxes associated with your order.
We will not provide a refund in the event that the box is confiscated by customs authorities unless all items are returned to us in good condition.
Shipping Address and Postal Code Boxes
Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you have mistakenly inputted the wrong address, kindly inform us within 12 hours of making your purchase.
If you wish to send multiple items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
If the address and zip code do not match, the consumer is required to cover any fines or fees incurred. The customer will be responsible for reshipping the item again.
